It seems like nowadays, everyone wants to have a hockey stick growth without the process of growing a business, only to have an exponential growth of users. So, you get a lot of spam emails, and unethical emails, and non-GDPR proof emails forcing you to join to platforms. Because, I am working on the digital platform and marketplace business, yes, I know how hard it is to grow a marketplace, I know as well, how to learn to overcome the barriers, and I am still learning, everyday from the users, members and at the end friends as well, because I care about them, I care about their issues, I can about how I can help them more. Of course, I have ambition to dream big, to become a global innovation ecosystem and to connect innovation ecosystems to share knowledge. But, from dreams to reality it is the hard work, the everyday tasks, my personal development, my team development, our learnings. Because we are learning and growing together.

Personally, I care about values, about ethics, about taking care of the psychology of doing business. I am open and honest, I care, and I fight against injustices, and I fight against non-sense, and unethical way of doing business. I have this sense of protection to every person who joined the platform, because I want them to succeed when they are doing innovation and when they collaborate.

If you grow fast doing unethical ways of working and only thinking about numbers, you will never get engagement. In the field of innovation, you have an abstract, immaterial and complex action where humankind is mixing creativity, values, thinking, future, caring and tons of emotions, which makes an innovation ecosystem a complex way to engage and motivate people to action. It is a very special job, because it is not about processes, it’s about people, and if you force people to do something, maybe they do once, but not anymore. And you know about business? It’s all about loyalty, and building a relationship with them where you share common values, and a common vision. It’s helping people, not helping you to get users, it’s about transformation and make this world, a better place for everyone.
