About this Event

Introduction to the Innovative Organization Canvas for innovation culture and innovative organization orchestration.

🔐 Innovative organizations are more effective when people inside the organization have a clear view of innovation, and how to work together and share knowledge.

🔐 Within organizations there is the creation of psychological safety, which happens when members of the organization begin helping each other, interacting and sharing knowledge and information among themselves.

🔐 The sense of trust and belonging empower members to be vulnerable and take risks and explore new ways of being. Time is needed to build a trusted community inside your organization who come together and share an identity and work to do something super creative and interesting together.

🔐 This is only possible by facilitating the creation and fostering of relationships. The “Innovative Organization Canvas” will help you to orchestrate your innovation culture and innovative organization.
