Collabwith has a special commitment to gender equality, diversity and inclusion for the Innovation App, and also for the research teams, innovation communities, startups, and businesses. The innovation and creativity journeys are based on diversity of thoughts, perspectives, thinking, knowledge and ways of working, in conjunction with collaboration and team performance.
Since working with research teams, universities, and entrepreneurs Collabwith has discovered that 75% of women researchers are harassed by their researcher colleagues.
Collabwith fosters honest discussions about workplace harassment by providing a safe space for employees to anonymously report their experiences. Collabwith has created Coworkability, that supports people and employees throughout the reporting process and help companies identify high-risk areas for harassment and discrimination. By collecting and analyzing surveys and reports, we generate a Coworkability Score that reflects how companies treat their employees. Our goal is to shine a light on harassment and discrimination, encouraging transparency and improvement in workplace environments by connecting silos. Our basic values as our way of working are respect and kindness mixed up with collaboration, positive computing and social impact to move forward with a solution-driven approach.

The score is cluster by gender discrimination, sexual harassment, LGBTQPA+ discrimination, religion discrimination, racial discrimination, parenthood discrimination, bullying and gossip. The Coworkability score is balancing the individual reporting of cases with the organization positive actions and results.
Our mission is to change the narrative within reporters vs perpetrators, we want to educate the society on respect and kindness, we want to visualize the companies and organizations who work on removing discrimination and harassment. We want to protect the reporter with anonymous reporting and provide them the control of their identity against companies or perpetrators or other reporters. We want to provide support to reporters immediately after they report their case, we want to support companies and organizations to better deal with cases of discrimination and harassment.
