What is the Collaboration Program

It’s a program that you can get at anytime for a duration of one month, where Collabwith team will help you to find collaborators (Option 1), and to define the concept for a collaboration you already have (Option 2). The program includes a dedicated number of sessions with you and with your team of collaborators to guide you in the collaboration process. In parallel during this month program, you can access to our digital library of collaboration workshops, to learn and get extra skilled with collaboration tools, canvases, mindset, frameworks and methods.

it’s a flexible program, where you get in as you need it.

For whom is the Collaboration Program

For anyone who wants to really really collaborate, find their collaborators, and create a Collaboration Concept for products, services, solutions, programs, etc. Collabwith team will help you at any stage you are, this “Program Collaboration” is one month, were we help you with our structure through the Collaboration Journey.

  • Access to methods and frameworks for high performing collaboration
  • Schedule the sessions and plan strategies when onboarding the program

Option 2: How it works: Creating the “Collaboration Concept”

  • One-to-one sessions with your collaborators and collaboration team to explore your draft ideas
  • Analyse your organization needs with the “Needs Canvas” (to understand fully the multi-organization collaboration engagement)
  • Session to co-create the “Collaboration Concept Draft” to support you to analyse how each collaborator contribute to the core collaboration from needs and offerings per collaborator.
  • Session to co-create the “Collaboration Concept” to conceptualize the solution together you are co-creating, including what each collaboration is adding into the solution such as technology, research, knowledge, etc.
  • Session to co-create the “Collaboration Canvas” for the selected collaboration, including the “Collaboration concept” and the rest of topics related to a collaboration.
  • 1 month to co-create a concept with multi-organization collaborators
  • Access to methods and frameworks for high performing collaboration
  • Schedule the sessions and plan strategies when onboarding the program
