am recalling again the Netflix series about Spotify “The playlist”.. I don’t know if you know but Spotify is popular for being an example of project management and innovative teams… and how they coordinate among them.
During the episodes of The Playlist, you can see that every episode is from a different angle, a different perspective. This means, one episode if from the founder perspective, one episode is from the lawyer perspective and other episode from the CTO (head of tech) perspective… and there you can analyse the leadership style and also the team dynamics and the creation process.I like a lot the part of thinking how to solve problems, because they had a lot.. and this is it.. to find the way to make it happen.
