Short description: This workshop is an introduction to the new ISO 56000 Standard for Innovation Management and how organizations can be certificated. This workshop will introduce the elements of the certification, why is required within an organization, including benefits and the steps to achieve the certification.
What will you learn? The basics of the ISO 56000 standard, what is the objective of the standard and what are the steps to implement it and the impact within the organization.
Workshop: Co-create the innovation hub with your own ecosystem by Jara Pascual
This workshop follows the process of a mix of an ethnographic approach with qualitative user research to gather all the requirements for understanding needs and focusing on co-creation with different groups from the stakeholders and your hub management team. You will use the “Innovation Ecosystem Canvas” as a ecosystem and hub methodology and the “Needs Canvas”, “Future Canvas” and “Collaboration Plan Canvas” to complete an overview of the co-creation process. The result will be your innovation hub strategy.
What will you learn? You will learn how to work together with the actors and stakeholders of your innovation hub and innovation ecosystem to create the hub programs, strategy, activities and trainings that they are required for them and for the success of your strategy.
Masterclass Dealing in respect: how to manage impoliteness in personal and online conversations with Nadine Nembach
We all love to be respected. Still, sometimes we are missing respect and politeness from others, or are struggling ourselves to keep it up in difficult situations. We are fed up with Spam-like marketing and would love to put a stop to it- in a clear but polite way. We don’t want trolls in our live and will still encounter them.
